 PHANTOM OF THE OPERA PREMIERE

Guests turned up in big number, many dressed to kill, to watch a performance by Uganda's young talent in a tale by Sir Andre Lloyd Webber's musical, Phantom of the Opera at the Serena Conference Centre on Saturday.

The play is a love triangle between Christine and Raoul, the Phantom, who was deformed from birth but had so much jealousy for Christine but he could not show himself in public. It is basically a love story.

Many say they have been reading about the story and wanted to watch the play live, acted by over 40 young people. Veteran theatre actor, Alex Mukulu was one of the guests who turned up at Serena.
