VP Alupo graces Brig Gen Igumba book launch in Jinja

JINJA - On Friday, Uganda's Vice-President Maj. (rtd) Jessica Alupo graced the launch of 'Born to Win', a book authored by Maj. Gen. George Igumba. 

The event happened at Civil Service College of Uganda in Jinja city. 

Alupo was welcomed by Lt. Gen. Ivan Koreta together with other senior army officers of the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF). 

Igumba is the Commandant of the Senior Command and Staff College, Kimaka.
