Singer Rema Namakula has refuted claims that she is not on good terms with colleague Lydia Jazmine.

"I dont have any problem with Jazmine. In fact, I even call her and we talk. It's just some group of people that spread bad energy," she said.

Rema was answering questions during a press conference at the Kampala Sheraton Hotel today, Tuesday, February 6, about her Melodies of Love concert, which will take place at the same venue on February 23, 2024.

A number of people and various blogs had for sometime suggested that the two singers were not on good terms, with claims that it was Jazmine that caused the breakup between Rema and her baby daddy, Eddy Kenzo.

Some even went ahead and said Rema was trying to sabotage Lydia Jazmine's concert by organising her show a week before Jazmine's.

Rema, however, said this was nothing intentional because the shows are not even on the same weekend.

The singer called upon fans to go and support Jazmine at her show after hers is done.
