Morgan Heritage lead singer Peter Morgan passes on

 

To confirm the unfortunate news, the band posted a notice on their X page saying: "It is out of sincere love that we share that our beloved husband, father, brother, son and lead singer of Morgan Heritage - Peter Anthony Morgan, has ascended today, February 25, 2024"

 

In the notice, the members of the band thanked the general public and fans for the support, but also asked for respect of privacy as they go through the time of grieving. 

 

The last time Peter Morgan stepped foot in Uganda was in April, 2023, when the band had come for their Homeland album listeners' party, at Cielo Lounge, Kampala. 

 

Peter, together with the band, had also performed in Uganda, in 2017, at Lugogo Cricket Oval, Kampala.
