The provincial youth gathering this year was nonetheless extraordinary because it also doubled as the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the canonization of the Uganda Martyrs.

During the day and nightlong event, the young people participated in various activities including sports, music, dance and spiritual recollections. They also received moral/marriage tips from Madam Winnie Fernandes, a professional psychologist and head of the married women of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kampala.
